NORTH KNOXVILLE MEDICAL CENTER
The project was built in four phases. The Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) was the first phase, consisting of 124,000 SF on one level. The ACC houses a state-of-the-art Cancer Center, a Women’s Center and Imaging Department. Services include CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Linear Accelerator, mammography and oncology.
The hospital was the third phase. The 206,000 SF hospital on 6 levels is a full-service, acute-care facility containing dietary, emergency department, surgery, diagnostics, treatment and 108 patient rooms.
Medical Office Buildings “A” and “B” were the second and fourth phases of the project. The three-story buildings consist of 69,000 SF and 75,000 SF respectively. Numerous physicians’ offices occupy each building.
