LMU MATH & SCIENCE

The project was a major addition to the LMU’s College of Veterinary Medicine, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, Caylor School of Nursing, and undergraduate science programs.  The four-story 140,000 SF building is the largest building on campus and houses a 400-seat auditorium, lecture halls, a microscopy suite and 4,600 SF of research labs. The initial design utilized Trane’s Bi-directional Cascade Central Geothermal system but due to budget constraints with the geothermal field, air cooled chillers and boilers with variable primary flow chilled and hot water were used.
