Bijou Theatre

The project consisted of a renovation of a historic downtown theater on the National Register of Historic Places. A space cooling system was installed in the 48,000 SF building for the first time since it was constructed in 1909. Special emphasis was placed on acoustics and minimizing the visual impact of the HVAC systems.
