Our primary goal for any design project is to produce a complete, thorough, accurate, easily read and easily priced set of construction documents.
Since our founding in 1946 we have been providing mechanical engineering design services for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings including heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), chilled water plants, boiler plants, process piping, plumbing, and energy management. Design of health care facilities, schools, office buildings, data centers and energy conservation for all building types are some of our specialties. Other services include engineering investigations, commissioning, system troubleshooting, construction observation, conceptual studies, and system analysis.
We depend heavily on repeat work from satisfied clients or from referral work from those satisfied clients. We take great pride in the fact that the completeness of our design documents translates into very few, if any, problems and/or change orders during construction. The end product is a quality job for our clients and a mechanical system that is easily maintained and functional for its design life. Our commitment to excellence speaks for itself. We are no longer the only consulting mechanical engineering firm in East Tennessee, nor the largest, but we feel that our work is second to none.
We are members of ASHE, ASHRAE, ASME, ASPE, NFSA and NFPA.
We are licensed engineers in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Texas and Oklahoma. Being members of NCEES, we can obtain licensure in other states when required.
