Since our founding in 1946, we have been providing mechanical engineering design services for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), chilled water plants, boiler plants, process piping, plumbing, and energy management. Design of health care facilities, schools, office buildings, data centers and energy conservation for all building types are some of our specialties. Other services include engineering investigations, commissioning, system troubleshooting, construction observation, conceptual studies, and system analysis.
